This is an overview of the auction business with Dennis Kruse, a 1964 graduate of the Reppert Auction School, and past president of the Indiana Auctioneers Association (IAA) and the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), and a member of the IAA, NAA and Reppert Auction School halls of fame. A member of a world famous auction family, he was in the charter class of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), and also earned his GPPA and GRI designations. He is the former president of the Reppert Auction School from 1996 to 2011. A former state legislature, he was the chairman of the Senate Education committee, and has had input on several states auction laws, and is recognized as one of the foremost experts on auctions in the world.
