Reppert Global Terms of Service & User Agreement

Welcome to Reppert Global! Before you start using our platform, please carefully read the following Terms of Service and User Agreement (“Agreement”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality
a. Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here . By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
b. Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality in an educational setting. Any information shared by users, including but not limited to discussions, assignments, and personal data, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Users are prohibited from sharing or disclosing any confidential information obtained through the platform without prior consent.

3. Use of Platform
a. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for educational purposes only. This license does not permit you to resell or redistribute any content or materials obtained through the platform.
b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
i. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
ii. Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the platform.
iii. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
iv. Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
v. Engaging in any conduct that could harm our reputation or interfere with the experience of other users.

4. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All content and materials available on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Reppert Global or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. Use of Content: You may only use the content and materials on our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason at all. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our platform and destroy any materials obtained from the platform.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to use our platform after any changes to this Agreement, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of DeKalb County, Indiana. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of DeKalb County, Indiana.

Reppert Global Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Reppert Global (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use our online education platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy.

a. Personal Information: When you register for an account on our Platform, we may collect certain personal information, such as your name, email address, and payment information.

d. Educational Networking: We may disclose your personal information to fellow participants in Reppert Global, to instructors and their staff, Reppert Global staff, Worldwide Auctioneers staff, and vendors.

b. Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies, but doing so may affect your ability to access certain features of the Platform.

5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information and to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Platform. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Reppert Global Image and Likeness Release

By clicking “I Agree” below, I, hereby grant Reppert Global (“Organization”) the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and any other identifying characteristics (“Likeness”) for the purposes described herein.

I understand and agree that Organization may use my Likeness in connection with the promotion and marketing of its educational programs, including but not limited to advertising, promotional materials, website content, social media, and other marketing channels.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any written or electronic copy thereof, including any use that may be made of my Likeness. I acknowledge and agree that I will not receive any compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of my Likeness as authorized herein.

I represent and warrant that I am the sole owner of my Likeness and have the full right and authority to grant the rights set forth in this Agreement.
By clicking “I Agree” below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Image and Likeness Release and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.

Reppert Global Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Reppert Global (“the Class”). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in the Class. By enrolling in the Class, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility
a. Full Refund: Participants are eligible for a full refund of the Class fee minus a $250 administration fee if the refund request is submitted within ten (10) days of enrollment or before completing more than two courses, whichever comes first. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@reppertschool.com.
b. No Refund on Live Portion: There is no refund available for the live portion of the Class. Once the live portion begins, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance or participation.

2. Enrollment Timing
a. If the Class is purchased within one week of the live portion of the Class, participants are not eligible for a refund. Participants are not eligible for a full refund once the live portion of the Class begins.

3. Date Change Fee
a. If a participant needs to change the dates of their live class after enrollment, a fee of $250 will be charged for each date change request. If there is a life emergency or other reasonable cause for a date change, the administration of Reppert reserves the right to reduce or waive the date change fee. Date change requests must be submitted in writing to info@reppertschool.com at least seven (7) days before the originally scheduled live class date. There is a maximum of three date changes before the participant will be unenrolled from Reppert Global with no access. Any participant who is unenrolled for this reason, will need to re-enroll and will be required to pay full tuition to be eligible for re-enrollment.

4. Refund Processing
a. Refunds will be processed within seven business days of receiving the refund request, minus any applicable fees as outlined in this policy.

By enrolling in the Class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in forfeiture of your eligibility for a refund.
Reppert Global reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Class website.
